Anthony White – Personal Trainer

Anthony comes with 15 years of personal training experience. In 2004, he earned his personal training certification from the International Sports and Medicine Association. Before becoming a trainer, Anthony was an international boxing champion and uses his boxing skills when he works with clients and will soon be teaching Boxing classes at Revolution Fitness.

Tony held the title of European Boxing Champion in 1990 (156 lb. division). Later, at the age of 50 years old, Tony won the 2012 World Master’s Boxing Championship in Kansas City, Missouri!

Tony comes to the sports world with vast military experience. He was part of the 101st Ordnance Battalion during Operation Desert Storm. His squad captured over 100 prisoners of war. With his military background, Tony has since helped American Veterans over the course of 24-plus years. He currently assists with case management with Veterans in a program for homeless vets. He also worked for many years at the Northport Veterans Association.

Matt Galli – Personal Trainer

Matt Galli at Revolution Fitness is a 3-sport athlete (football, basketball, baseball) and played college football at Stony Brook University. He started boxing and kickboxing 12 years ago and quickly became hooked, pun intended, which led to him becoming a trainer/instructor. He has been a trainer now for 11+ years and is a NASM Certified Trainer.

Matt is big on technique and fundamentals and using his Psychology degree in his training style. He has also worked with kids of all ages and has a passion for coaching kids and seeing them grow as not just athletes, but as people.

Matt is also passionate about helping people of all ages with special needs, and on top of his NASM CPT, he is a Certified Special Needs Trainer. He believes everyone has a place and can do anything they want to do if they just work hard.

If you’re looking to train differently in a fun way, learn a new skill, improve on current skills, lose weight or whatever you want to do, Matt is someone that will help you reach your goals.

Fun Facts about Matt: He’s a die-hard Yankees fan, he loves Disney and Marvel, and he once won a mashed potato eating contest by eating 2 lbs in 2 minutes (with no hands!)

I have been a group fitness instructor for over 20 years including; kickboxing, HIIT, boot camp.

I have also been a certified personal trainer for more than 15 years. I work with clients from adolescents to seniors on weight loss, resistance training, sports training, boxing, running, TRX, cardiovascular and agility. mobility therapy and one-on-one assisted stretching.

Additionally, I am an integrative nutrition wellness coach (institute of integrative nutrition) – let me help you find a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices.

Fun fact about me, I’ve run a dozen marathons including NYC and have traveled to over 20 countries.
