Class Descriptions

KICKBOXING:

Cardio Kickboxing class with plyometrics, core, and abs. Round clock set to 3 minutes, combinations based on a boxing number system.

HIIT:

High Intensity Interval training circuit using a large assortment of equipment, including plyometrics, core strength, and abs.

KIDS' FITNESS:

Designed to keep kids active, this program fosters a love of physical fitness while encouraging an overall healthy lifestyle.
