Forever an athlete, Briana Gervat grew up playing sports. In 1998, she attended the University of Mary Washington where she studied art history and played lacrosse for the Eagles, receiving All-American honors (and she might even be in her collegiate Hall of Fame). 

Unable to hang up her cleats after college, she first became a lacrosse coach, and then found her true passion in fitness, where she has stayed ever since, still practicing: Pilates, Breath work and strength training.
